As rapes are increasing in India, a Rajasthan teenager has developer an e-armour for girls. This will shock the molester and will also dispatch the girl's location, help message and incident's video clip to police. The device weighs 150 grams and it can be worn on the wrist.


All that a girl should do is to switch it on when she senses trouble. The girl can defend herself with a wired hand. The molester will get 220 Volt shock. The armour will also get the Government's attention. This device won the first prize during Sate level science fair in January.


It will also be displayed in National Science Fair which will take place in Delhi. The inventor of this device is Niranjan Suthar. He is 17 years old and he studies XII standard at Ahor government higher secondary school in Rajasthan’s Jalore district. This is about 400 Kilometers from Jaipur.


After lots of Trial and Errot, he developed the device named 'Shocking Glove'. Glove also has a Sim card, a GPS chip, a Video camera and 3.4 Volt battery and a transformer which amplifies 3.4 volts to 220 volts on contact.
