BJP has decided to show aggressiveness and put forts its stand on incident at Jawaharlal Nehru University or JNU. Already the party leaders said a decision has been taken against the students.
Recently JNU students raised anti-national slogans and most of them showed their rage against the students. BJP is now launching a three-day 'Jan Swabhimaan Abhiyan' (campaign for peoples' self-pride) and it begins tomorrow. And as a part of its attempt to bring focus on the issue of nationalism, the party leaders will highlight the sacrifices made by Indian soldiers in Siachen.
Sources from the party said, "The idea is to highlight the party's stand on the issue. We are very aggressive and we have a clear and firm stand on what happened in Jawaharlal Nehru University.
There is no reason to be defensive about the development. Intolerance has raised to new levels in nation. The status of economy will be discussed during the Budget session which begins on 23rd February."
