The objective for a plenary meeting of a political party is to go through a series of self-evaluation and introspection so that the problems can be understood and solutions can be worked out. But recently what happened during the Congress plenary session brought laughs to many.
More than analyzing where the party and its members are going wrong and how they can win back the confidence of the people, it is heard that all the leaders took turns by turns and began blowing the trumpet of either Rahul Gandhi or Kiran Kumar or themselves. It was more of a self-apreciation session than introspection.
Everyone was patting their own backs or the others backs and came out with bright smiles. This kind of motivation is fine but is this is the actual objective of this? It was meant to be a gathering to discuss about how congress is losing its ground. The opposition parties like TDP, YSRCP are having their own smiles because they know the reality situation outside.
