Bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh into Telangana and Andhra Pradesh presented two Telugu CMs to the country. AP CM Chandra Babu Naidu and Telangana CM KCR are giving surprises to Union Government headed by PM Modi.
Chandra Babu is known for his administration skills and many say he will somehow develop Andhra Pradesh. PM Modi himself feel that CM Chandra Babu can develop Andhra Pradesh without any assistance from Centre.
PM Modi is not to give in to Chandra Babu's demands as he ruled AP for 10 years and been the opposition leader for ten years. However Chandra Babu is putting forward his demands demanding so and so crores.
However PM Modi is testing Babu by not giving anything to him and watching how he will manage the state. PM Modi knows that KCR earlier was Union Minister for state and did very little service. Many ministers decided to do something to Telangana in 2014. PM Modi made blunder but CM KCR is winning the hearts of the people of the state without any help from centre. Modi finally realised that for ruling a state one neednot be experienced.
