Pakistani-American terrorist said that he visited former Shiv Sena's chief's home and party headquarters at Mumbai. Mumbai 26/11 terror attacks accused approver David Headley said that Lashkar-e-Taiba chief Hafiz Saeed has told him that Shiv Sena chief Bal Thackeray needs to be taught a good lesson.
David Headley said his deposition through teleconferencing and he said he visited Bal Thackeray's home at Mumbai for surveillance. He also confessed that LeT planned to Kill Bal Thackeray at Mumbai but the plain was dropped as they feared an arrest.
Headley also told the court that LeT commander Zaki-ur Rehman Lakhvi had spoke to him about 'Ishrat Jahan operation'. He said further that National Investigative Agency never recorded his statement in exact words. He also said he never had any idea about Ishrat Jahan.
This news has shell shocked entire media. Judge GA Sanap asked Headley whether his prison sentence in a drug conviction case has been terminated and he said that he was terminated due to his good conduct on the street and there is no question of concealing.
