A YSR Congress supporter who was claiming to be a social activist
had filed a case recently in Hyderabad High Court regarding the
Amaravati Land Pooling. Gandikota Kamalakar Rao from Guntur district had
filed a PIL.
In this he alleged massive
irregularities in the land pooling method that was being adopted in
Amaravati and cited the land scam allegations as per Sakshi Newspaper to
be basis for the case. However the court has reportedly slashing the
case today terming that it is not admissible.
The
complainant also argued that when Jagan Mohan Reddy could be
investigated by a PIL that was registered by a public servant, even his
PIL should be taken by the court into consideration. However the court
refused to agree with this view and dismissed it.
The
PIL also referred to Municipal Minister Narayana and some key
government ministers as fraudsters in this scam. Sakshi alleged in a big
news item that TDP leaders usurped 25,000 acres out of the total 33000
acres that were pooled for Amaravati.
