Union Minister Piyush Goyal said this at a Youth conference in Delhi on March 25th and he also said he can't even meet the state ministers during the 22 months of is tenure.
He said, "It seems Tamil Nadu is a state within a state and it is a place where I can't even reach the Chief Minister. I made lots of attempts to talk to Jayalalitha and their ministers, but no efforts were fruitful. Only once Natham Viswanathan who is the state's power minister said that he would convey all the queries to Jayalalitha.
But other state Chief Ministers responded to me directly. Similarly ADMK MP's never speak up in Parliament unless the script is written by Jayalalitha." Using this video, Opposite party leader, Karunanidhi has said this is some major issue which needs to be addressed.
