The Supreme Court has urged the loan defaulter Vijay Mallya to make declaration of all his assets by most probably on April 21st and on the same day he has to inform the court when he can appear before the bench. The Mallya was instructed by the Supreme Court who owes 9000 crores to nearly 17 banks, and to deposit a substantial amount to prove his bonafide.


On April 21st Vijay Mallya has to intimate to the court as how much amount he can deposit initially and the next hearing will be on April 27th of this month. Meanwhile Mallya’s counsel has on Thursday did not say about the liquor barren’s return to India but has said that there were some problem in his returning home.


The State Bank of India on Thursday has rejected the liquor barren’s proposal to pay back nearly 4000 crores by September 30th and the bench has also questioned the SBI to go through the proposal and respond by April 7th whether the proposal was acceptable or not.


Sources have stated that in addition to over 4000 crores which was promised to be paid on September 30th, Mallya has told that he was willing to assign profit from a 236$ million lawsuit Kingfisher Airlines had filed in Bengaluru during 2014 against the aircraft engine maker International Aero Engines for falsely supplying the defective engines for its fleet.
