The Marumalarchi Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam general secretary Vaiko has accused the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Rajesh Lakhani of being biased towards the All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK) as he has turned a blind eye when the party freely transported money for buying votes.
He has told while addressing wayside election rallies in Tirupattur on Friday, and the State has not seen a worst CEO like Mr. Lakhani and they have thought that the former CEO Praveen Kumar was bad but he seems to be good compared to Mr. Lakhani.
Mr. Vaiko also catapulted a blistering attack on Chief Minister Jayalalithaa for causing the death of six persons after summoning them for her election rallies in Virudhachalam and Salem and making them wait for long.
Vaiko was hailing the front’s Chief Ministerial candidate Vijayakanth as a honest politician who have joined hands with the PWF after saying refusing Rs. 500 crores and 80 seats offered by the DMK, and he has said that the people of the State could be assured of a good coalition governance if they voted the front to power.
