Recently TDP leader and minister Ganta Srinivas Rao shared his
candid thoughts in an interview with a leading channel. The topics
ranged on many subjects and one was Jagan. Ganta said that if Jagan
remains the opposition leader in AP, it will be a cakewalk for TDP in
2019 elections.
Well here is something that is
a testimony to this. YSR Congress had called for state wide dharnas
recently at all the collectorates. This is in support of the demand for
Special Status for the state. The party has been trying hard to use this
as a tool to create an impact among the people.
Jagan
Mohan Reddy himself attended the Dharna at Kakinada collectorate.
However there has been a very poor response for the set of dharna across
the states. It is heard that gathering people for them to show their
presence reportedly became difficult for the YSRCP party members.
Jagan
made his routine speeches labelling Chandrababu Naidu as the main
culprit and holding him responsible. But again quickly his credibility
was under question as he spared the Center and PM Narendra Modi when
they are the ones who can call shots regarding special status and not
Naidu.
