Ordinary citizens of the country always lament that law is donot apply to celebrities be it politicians, business tycoons and filmstars or sports persons. Police and courts act tough on common people but when it comes to celebrities, they will be placed in backburner.

Recently Delhi High Court dropped charges against CM Aravind Kejriwal. This is just one incident and it is comingout that TJAC filed more than 200 complaints against Union law minister Sadananda Gowda, AP Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, Congress leaders Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi, TD legislator A. Revanth Reddy, former AP Chief Minister N. Kiran Kumar Reddy and former DGP Dinesh Reddy, and against the Srikrishna Committee.

Even a case was filed against entire AP cabinet for the objectionable role during bifurcation in Nampally High Court. Many complaints are pending against Chandra Babu Naidu and his cabinet colleagues for their objectionable comments on CM KCR and Telangana state. In Andhra Pradesh many cases were filed against KCR for his comments against Chandra Babu Naidu.

Experts say  most of the cases will not stay in court of law. Delhi High Court struck down complaint against Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal for using “defamatory” and “seditious words” against Prime Minister Narendra Modi following the CBI raid at his aide’s office.
