Hyderabad sources have added that  Hyderabad on Tuesday has registered 1.1cm of rainfall, which was registered during the past 24 hours ( from 8:30 am on Monday) and so far the city has received a good 47 mm of rainfall, which is the first good spell of monsoon rains in the month of July.


It is stated that the city is anticipated to receive some additional rain during the next 24 hours, but the downpour could be of reduced intensity as the circulation is expected to move away from the region and the rainfall could pick up once again after July 21st.


Meanwhile the Meteorological Department has also declared that a low pressure area is continuing over Coastal Andhra, stretching from Odisha to Tamil Nadu and this weather system will responsible for the likely heavy rain and thundershower Rayalaseema and Coastal Andhra will witness for next three or four days.


Sources have added that an upper air cyclonic circulation lies over Rayalaseema and the neighborhood and extends between 4.5 kms and 5.8 kms above mean sea level, where all the 10 districts in Telangana are recording normal to heavy rains during the past 24 hours.
