Allahabad sources have stated that recently Modi’s photo was uploaded in the top ten criminals list, which was put in the Google and so the Allahabad High Court has issued notice to Google website.
The UP state magistrate Sushil Kumar Mishra had filed a petition in the Allahabad court and in it the following details are given. He has seen Modi’s photo in top criminal list and when a letter was send to Google, there was no response from them and so he has send a petition to the court.
The court after further investigation has filed a case against the Google CEO and the Indian based officers regarding the issue. When the case was first handed to chief magistrate, it was not accepted and so it was passed on to Allahabad court. Sushil has filed a case and the case in under process.
