The decision to scrap Eamcet-II was taken by the government after the Hyderabad High Court refused to scrap the exam on its own. Meanwhile acting Chief justice Ramesh Ranganathan has made it clear that the court will not attempt to run the government from the court room and instead to tell them what is their stand on the mater.


The counsel has replied that a fraud was perpetrated and 103 students were taken to 12 cities which include Bangalore, Pune and Cuttack to provide the medical entrance paper and they were given training there and was brought to the exam centers on the day of the entrance test and presently CID Officials have found serious lapses in conducting Eamcet-II.
