Andhra Pradesh sources presently have stated that TDP President and AP Chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu has approached the High court against the recent ACB court order to the investigation agency to take up probe into cash for vote scam a fresh and submit report by September end.
It is stated that Chandrababu Naidu's advocates have moved lunch motion petition in the court requesting to quash the ACB court orders immediately.
Meanwhile Naidu's name was figured in the cash for vote scam that has currently come to light when Telangana TDP leader Revanth Reddy has allegedly offered bribe to nominated TRS MLA Stephenson during MLC elections and Revanth has been arrested and was released on bail regarding the issue.
Presently the TDP leaders and Naidu are very curious about the court response on the petition and the High Court is likely to respond in one or two days on Naidu's petition. Let us wait patiently and see what happens next.
