Andhra Pradesh sources have added that the High court has given a big relief to TDP President and AP Chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu and the court has stayed the ACB court direction to the investigating agency to take up probe into cash for vote scam a fresh and submit report by September end.
Meanwhile the high Court Judge has asked ACB to maintain status quo in the investigation. Naidu's advocates moved lunch motion petition in the court requesting to quash the ACB court orders on Thursday.
Sources have stated that Naidu's name was figured in the cash for vote scam that came to light when Telangana TDP leader A Revanth Reddy allegedly offered bribe to nominated TRS MLA Stephenson during MLC elections and Revant has been arrested and was released on bail.
As per latest report the TDP leaders and Naidu are curious about the court response on the petition. Court is likely respond in one or two days on Naidu's petition.
