Announcement of special package for Andhra Pradesh by Union Government led by PM Modi drew sharp reactions from all sections be it political parties, NGOs and other outfits fighting for the special status ever since the divison of Andhra Pradesh in a insensitive manner.
Right after the midnight announcement of package by Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, AP CM Chandra Babu gave in helplessly saying what ever centre gives he will take but fight for special status.
Opposition parties like Jagan's YSRCP blasted Chandra Babu for caving into the pressure of PM Modi selling the interests of the state to save himself in cash for vote scam. He already gave bandh call protesting special package by Union Government.
In the meantime hero Shivaji, Special Status Samakya Sadhana Committee President who has been extremely critical of politicians for not fighting for the rights of the Andhra Pradesh warned CM Chandra Babu against accepting the special package.
He made sensational comments saying 'special package is pindakudu' and added if Chandra Babu accepts special package, TDP,BJP combine will be wiped out in the coming elections.
Sivaji also added it is dangerous to announced Special Railway Zone to Vijayawada and added this will divide people fo the state. he added Visakhapatnam is the best suited for special railway zone.
