The last few days saw some of the congress biggies from Hyderabad visiting Delhi and sitting in front of the congress high command. One among them was CM Kiran Kumar Reddy himself. The issue has been about the possible replacement of CM Kiran and the PCC chief Botsa Satyanarayana.
According to reports, Kiran went ahead and showed the results of the first phase of Coop polls to prove his mettle. He was able to convince the high command about the strength of the party in the state. It is heard that Sonia and team were somewhat convinced with his version and they are also aware that a suitable replacement is not around.
But the situation of Botsa seems to be a little shaky. He has been the cynosure of controversies from quite a while and his constant difference of opinion with CM Kiran has also gone against him. As of now, no decisions seem to have been made but sources say the bomb can be dropped on him at any time.
