The Congress party is filled with many senior age leaders and most of them have been part of this party since decades. One among them is Rosaiah and he has a long history. The veteran has held many important portfolios whenever Congress was in power and at one point he was also the chief minister for a brief period.
But at that point the Telangana issue was at its burning peak and Rosaiah was targeted by the Telangana seekers as an anti-Telangana person. But here’s a fact they should understand. Rosaiah can no way influence a decision on Telangana. Today he is having a peaceful life as the governor of Tamil Nadu.
He has always been a loyal subordinate to the Congress but never stood up to express his stand or opinion. The other point to note is, if someone like Sonia Gandhi or Rahul Gandhi really take a decision on Telangana then there is not one leader in the congress who can change or influence that decision and Rosaiah is no exception.
