TRS MP Vijayashanthi reportedly thundered when quizzed by the media whether she will make way former IPS officer Ramanachari, who is rumored to be given Medak MP seat by KCR this time. Already sulking with the manner in which she is being treated by TRS, Ramulamma reportedly used this opportunity to send a signal to TRS top bosses that she cannot be taken for granted.
Vijayashanthi was quite categorical when she said that how can ex-IAS & IPS officers who have never been a part of the movement are given seats while people like her who had done their best to the cause of separate Telangana are being ignored.
Political analysts say that this marks the start of turf war in TRS which was only hogging the limelight due to the revival of agitation three years ago. But with KCR making clear that his strategy is more focused on politics and winning elections rather than T-movement, the fissures are coming out slowly and the outburst by Vijayashanthi is definitely not going to end here.
