After tasting success in Karnataka Indian National Congress party is dreaming to show similar results in Telugu Naadu as well. This strategy seem to have worked in favour of Congress party this time by getting numerous votes in telugu speaking areas and thus the hope of victory arised among the AP Congress leaders for Andhra Pradesh Elections - 2014.
Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka share many cultural and political similarities. As far as politics concerned: Both these states are burning with ruling political parties corruption, Political instability, Common man life is at stake. In Karnataka... BJP has been ruling the state since long time and gave birth to so-called mining mafia; where as in AP, congress party is in the ruling position since ~10 years with huge corruption allegations against Jala Yagnam and Land Allocations.
Another interesting common factor in both these states is that, Rulers and their Dynasty started political outfits opposing the ruling parties. Mr.Yedurappa former Karnataka CM and captain of BJP floated a separate party with plan to grab CM's throne. In Andhra Pradesh, Mr. YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, Son of ruling party's CM Late.YS Rajasekhara Reddy... separated from the ruling party and started his own political out-fit.
In many senses there are commonalities, While these results and commonalities may give temporary impression that Congress party may get strengthen in AP as well... Senior political analysists are ruling out such possibility as the political scenario in Andhra Pradesh seem to be different with TRS dominating in Telangana region and YSRCP going strong even after having its leader in jail for about an year and also Mr.Chandrababu Naidu trying to revive Telugu Desam Party with his ~3000 kilometers Padayatra. So, let us wait and see which party manages to fair among masses and get an opportunity to rule the state for further period.
