Have  the Union Home Minister Sushi Kumar Shinde and Union Finance Minister P. Chidambaram   cheated people of Telangana . Yes says a city court in AP and have directed police to book a case  on them for allegedly "cheating people of Telangana”, a promise they did not keep.

A case under section 420 of Indian Penal Code (cheating) was booked on Monday at L.B. Nagar police station against the two central ministers. On a complaint filed byTelangana Junior Advocates' Association member Naresh Kumar the court had directed the police in to file FIR and probe.

During the all-party meeting convened by the home ministry on Telangana in New Delhi last year, Shinde assured that Telangana issue would be resolved within a month. Similarly Chidambaram had announced on 9 December, 2009 that the process for formation of separate Telangana state would commence. Neither of them had kept their word and commitments made to people of Telan gana.
