TDP alleges that the KIPL ( Krishnapatnam Infrastructech Pvt Ltd ) of the Navayuga group also made an investment of Rs.190 crore in Jagan's companies in a quid pro quo deal .
It is said that YSR Government had granted 4700 acres to KIPL and also exclusive rights for promoting berths in 80 km radius of the Krishnapatnam port Land price was put at just Rs.1.25 lakhs per acre as against market rate to others of Rs.9 lakhs per acre and benefited Rs.143 crore to KIPL .
In the quid pro quo deal KIPL had invested Rs.190 crore in Jagans Heemurja Hydel project in Sikkim and later transferred its share to YS Bharati at a pittance cost of just Rs. 10 per share at Rs. 4 crore while the market price was over Rs.1000 per share .
Allegations are ok, but the question is why the CBI has not taken note of it among all other issues on which it has filed four charge sheets is the moot question. Perhaps the Navayuga group had covered its tracks successfully as the KIPL has changed its sharing pattern and management team twice since 2009 .
