AP CM Chandra Babu Naidu for quite sometime is trying to make his son Lokesh as minister in his cabinet. Longtime back rumours spread that he would be made Union Minister in PM Modi's cabinet. However later speculation increased on when Lokesh would become minister in his own cabinet like Telangana CM KCR's son KTR in his cabinet.
Even many ministers offered to give their posts and there is no opposition among TDP leaders and cadre. But surprisingly,Lokesh is facing opposition for his minister post from CPI.
K.Ramakrishna,secretary of CPI AP, said CM Chandra Babu is showing lot of interest in making his son Lokesh a minister in his cabinet and added people of AP will not keep quiet if Lokesh is made minister.
He said Chandra Babu didnot give give at least one minister post for tribals and minorities and said backward classes are not given importance. He said under these circumstances how can people tolerate if he makes his son Lokesh minister in his cabinet.
