Tamilnadu politics are taking twists and turns. Yesterday about 130 MLA's were packed in a bus and were taken to a secret camp to a hotel by Sasikala. Sasikala team had been trying for the President's appointment so that she can prove her majority. Mean while things turned out drastically in a period of less than 24 hours.
The caretaker Chief Minister who attacked Sasikala that he was forced by her to tender her resignation, has once again erupted. Mr.Panner Selvam today wrote a letter to all the banks that no financial transactions should be made for the AIADMK fund without his knowledge as he was the treasurer of the mighty party.
After giving a clarity on party's finance in a major chunk, OPS said that the Poes garden will be left as Jaya's memorial and also clarified that government orders accordingly would be issued soon. If this is the case, Sasikala its mandatory that sasikala have to move out of the Palace where she lived along with Amma for about 30 years.
On the other hand Panneer claims that he had the support of 50 MLA's. The MLA's who were at a secret place yesterday moved out slowly today. This clearly indicates that Mr.OPS is gaining the support which looks a good sign. More than 1 lakh people signed the online petition rejecting Sasikala to take up the Chief Minister Post.
Its also to be noted that the support for the acting CM panneer Selvam has been growing. Senior Actor Mr. Kamal hasan batted for Panneer selvam and said that Sasikala should not play a foul game for the want of throne. The main Opposition DMK also batted for Selvam. Governer is expected to reach Chennai later in the day and have a meeting with Panneer Selvam, sources said.
