AP CM Chandra Babu for long has been planning to expand his cabinet. However even after intense speculation for many months nothing happened. However according to sources it is coming out that after the TDP workshop clear picture emerged about the cabinet expansion.
Inside talk is Chandra Babu decided to give importance to seniors. Since this is the first cabinet expansion after coming to power in 2014, focus will be on coming back to power in 2019 and so experience will be given utmost importance.
At the sametime stage is set for the sacking of the corrupt, lethargic and those ministers who couldn't get hold on their ministries. Inside talk is cabinet expansion will be on after the completion of MLC elections. Those who put up good show in the MLC elections too would get good recognition.
Inside talk is 7 ministers from the current cabinet will be shown the door and 13 will be inducted. Buzz is Ministers Kimidi Mrunalini,Peetala Sujatha,Kollu Ravindra,Pattipati Pullarao,Ravela Kishore Babu,Bojjala Gopalakrishna Reddy, Palle Raghunadha Reddy would be axed.
Already ministers are spending sleepless nights. Inside talk is Chandra Babu's son Lokesh, TDP chief Kala Venkatrao (Srikakulam), Vangalapudi Anitha (Visakhapatnam), Gollapalli Suryarao (East Godavari), Md Sharif (West Godavari), Bonda Uma Maheswara Rao (Vijaywada Central, Yarapatineni Srinivasa Rao (Guntur),Anangani Satya Prasad (Guntur),Somireddy Chandramohan Reddy (Nellore),Payyavula Keshav (Anantapur) are in the list of the expectants. Apart from it Jaggayapet MLA from Krishna district Sriram Tatayya may get chance if Siddha Raghavarao from Prakasam is show door. Similarly Sujay Krishan Rangara Rao,Gottipati Ravikumar,Bhuma Nagireddy or Bhuma Akhila Priya are in the list.
However some say cabinet expansion is not that easy as convincing Shilpa brothers on induction of Bhuma Nagireddy in the cabinet has been going on for quite sometime. Many MLAs from Vijayanagaram opposed the induction of Bobbili MLA Sujayakrishna Rangarao in the cabinet. Since Chandra Babu is keen to convince all before the cabinet expansion, it is getting delayed.
