'Family of Four' statement by the Congress incharge Digvijay Singh resulted in sparks flying all over in Telangana. Digvijay Singh who came to Hyderabad attacked the ruling TRS government.
Branding KCR's government as 'Family of Four' he said entire power in the state is concentrated on CM KCR, his son Minister KTR, his nephews T.Harish Rao and his daughter Kavitha.
He said only KCR,KTR and Harish Rao conducts reviews and others remain as puppets. He said ministers donot even come to the secretariat and they are busy lavishing prasies on KCR and his family members in their respective constituencies.
Taking strong exception to Digvijay Singh's statements, TRS ministers lashed out at him. Karimnagar MP Vinod Kumar said “The previous Congress government indulged in large-scale corruption. Even before projects were approved, tenders were called and allotted to contractors and money was disbursed.Tunnels were dug where there was no need, only to misappropriate public funds,“
He added “The Congress government did not undertake any projects. When the TRS government is doing it, Congress leaders are creating hurdles. They have filed 32 cases against land acquisition for projects,“
