TDP MLA Bhuma Nagireddy passed away due to cardiac arrest shocking all parties in Andhra Pradesh. It is comingout that family members shifted Bhuma Nagi Reddy after he suffered a cardiac arrest today morning. Family members who at first admitted in Allagadda Hospital later shifted him to Nandyala Hospital for better treatment.
CM Chandra Babu spoke to Kurnool district collector and doctors and asked them to shift Bhuma Nagi Reddy to Hyderabad in a helicopter for better treatment. However despite the best efforts by the doctors to save him, he breathed his last.
Doctors announced the sad death around 12.15 PM. Bhuma Nagireddy suffered heart attack twice earlier and he also underwent by pass surgery. The third heart attack proved to be fatal.
Bhuma along with his suporters met AP CM Chandra Babu on Saturday and discussed about MLC elections. He suffered heart attack while on his return from Ahobilam to Allagadda along with his daughters and relatives.
Bhuma born on 8th Jan,1964 entered politics in 1984 and attained top posts. He contested against the then PM PV.Narasimha Rao as TDP candidate in 1996. He married Shobha Nagireddy, daughter of SV.Subbareddy.
Shobha Nagireddy died in a road accident three years ago. Bhuma is survived by a son and two daughters. Elder daughter Bhuma Akhila Priya is MLA of Allagadda and younger daughter Bhuma Mounika was recently married.
