Well, we would have heard several instances of exams getting postponed in Universities due to various reasons. We have seen exams postponed due to protests, natural disasters, the sudden death of senior leaders, so on.
But we bet you would have never heard such a reason. A University exam has been canceled as the governing body failed to print a question paper. This incident happened at Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University (TMBU) in Bihar.
Students were unable to write their last paper of the Hindi exam as the question paper was not printed. The University is yet to announce the new date. This is quite embarrassing and the Vice Chancellor has demanded an explanation for this humiliating fiasco.
