Former minister and controversial Congress MLA P Shankar Rao has finally been booked under dowry harassment act .Contrary to reports that he could booked for defamation of CM and DGP, the former minister , a rubble rouser in the congress party has been booked for dowry harassment of his daughter in law .
Police said Shankar Rao who fell un conscious after arrest at his residence was moved to a hospital and could be later put up in a police station before he is remanded by a court to Chanchalaguda jail to keep company with Jagan and others .
Shankar Rao was grilled in the CCS for two days last week and finally it was revealed that he did not have any document for his allegations of illegal assets of DGP V Dinesh Reddy and the corruption of CM. His tantrums for CBI probe were ridiculed by both congress leaders and also police officials .
Is it not sad that the Congress MLA who petitioned high court against YS Jagan’s corruption is now booked under dowry act while there was enough scope to arrest him under the land grabbing case of Green Fields colony ?. Well if Congress Govt is very considerate to corrupt party men why have they been so tough with YS Jaganmohan Reddy is the moot question .
