PM Modi is emerging stronger with each passing day and he after taking over the reigns turned India's passive foreign policy into a proactive one ruffling the feathers of belligerent neighbouring countries like Pakistan and China.

Now India shocked China with PM Modi inaugurating of India's longest bridge, the first major infrastructure project in Arunachal Pradesh. The Bhupen Hazarika Bridge, acts as a strategic bridge linking Assam with Arunachal Pradesh and reduces the traveling distance drastically.
China who got huge shock asked India India to maintain a "restrained and measured" approach to resolve the boundary dispute through negotiations. China knows the strategic importance of this bride as the 9.5-km long bridge inaugurated by Prime Minister Modi on May 26 is India's longest bridge. Besides connecting Assam with Arunachal Pradesh it can facilitate movement of heavy military equipment including battle tanks to frontier areas.
China claimed Arunachal Pradesh as South Tibet while India claims Aksai Chin area which China occupied in 1962 war.
