IIT students from AP have occupied the highest ranks for the last couple of years and this success is partly attributed to the pro-IT and pro-technology policies implemented by TDP regime. Students from our state have become the cynosure of all eyes while those from Tamil Nadu and North Indian states like UP and Bihar have reportedly become very jealous of this trend.

 

The exact truth is not clear but it is being said that the Central government has introduced percentile system for regarding inter marks for students from all over India, which in a way has affected the chances of students from AP securing good number of seats in prestigious seats.


 

High education minister Parthasarathi made some customary remarks and added that he will take up the issue with Union HRD ministry while on the other side TDP boss Naidu is doing  everything he can, including the threat of court cases to see that the state’s students regain their positions. But people are wondering whether Vijayamma, KCR and other Congress leaders are not bothered about student welfare. But at the end of day Babu is reportedly regaining the lost goodwill from people.
