Andhra Pradesh sources have stated that YSRCP President YS Jaganmohan Reddy's act of touching the feet of NDA presidential candidate Ram Nath Kovind has currently become a hot topic of discussion in political circles as well as on social websites. It was stated that along with his party leaders, Jagan met Kovind in Hyderabad on Tuesday and extended his party's support for him. During this meet, Jagan touched Kovind's feet and seemed to be taking his blessings.
It was reported that Jagan doesn't have the habit of touching people's feet, however big a person may be. Meanwhile the people on social media are now making fun of Jagan saying that he fell on soon to be President's feet in order to escape from the innumerable cases against him.
According to sources it was
stated that YCP General secretary and Rajya Sabha MP Vijayasai Reddy, who also
has his share of cases pending against him, is also seen following Jagan in
touching Kovind's feet. It is not known whether he has the habit of touching
feet of elders regularly or just to earn good fame and popularity has he done
this.
