It appears that congress high command was not serious about Telagnana decision at the core committee meet last Friday when tossed the issue to CWC and later to Cabinet during the month. A senior Delhi congress leader and a close aide of A K Antony said how the committee could decide while all the three AP leaders sung a different tune.
