Megastar turned politician Chiranjeevi has literally been ignored by the Congress leadership as a part of its decision making process in Telangana. Sources say that he was not being consulted at any stage as to how can the process be taken forward. His follower Ganta Srinivasa Rao is atleast making some noise at state level.
But looks like no one is bothered about what Chiranjeevi’s opinion is in this matter. After merging his party in an ocean called Congress party, Chiru has moved away from being the leader to just one of the leaders. He had experimented with the policy called ‘Samajika Telangana’ after December 9th.
But he was also among those politicians from Seemandhra who made a complete U-turn on this issue. There was some prominence to Chiranjeevi till a few months back, but CM Kiran has ensured that Chiranjeevi doesn’t become one of his competitors for CM post in 2014 and in a way now he stands completely isolated and rudderless.
