Bollywood Starlet Deepika Padukone is no longer our National Treasure! The actress has entered Hollywood and is storming at an International Level. In the recently released 'Padmavati' trailer she is getting praises and accolades.
In this case, On World Mental Health Day, Deepika surprised everyone with her visit to two Primary health care centers in Karnataka's Davangere district. Deepika visited the places along with her sister Anisha Padukone and mom Ujjala Padukone. She interacted with the workers and took photos with them.
She also gave some awareness about the mental health issues. It should be noted that Deepika already has a foundation named 'The Live Love Laugh' foundation and it supports those who are battling mental depression. The actress had a discussion with ASHA workers and she thanked them for their profession.
Speaking to media, Deepika said, "I am voicing against mental health issues as I myself have fought against it. It was so inspiring to visit Davangere today and I believe that when two like-minded organizations collaborate the results will be better."
