Chappals were thrown by Samaikhyandra agitators at the Minorities Welfare Minister Syed Mohammed Ahmadullah when he came to meet the Kadapa district collector.When The minister went to the collectorate office he was gheraoed by the Andhra Pradesh agitators who are fasting to protest against the Centre's decision to grant separate statehood to Telangana.
Scores of the united andhra protesters raised slogans against him demanding his resignation and in the melee some miscreants even threw slippers at the minister . Police and collectorate staff intervened tosave the situationfor the minister when a row began between supporters of the ministers and the agitators at thedistrict collectorate .
The minister was forced to leave the place without accomplishing his task. Who later told reporters that I came here as a Samikayndhra supporter not as a minister. I resigned the day the Telangana was announced and Hyderabad is ours.
