With the threat of Indians with H1B visa being sent back to India, a relief has come for them, as the US government has said that there are no such plans to deport Indians back. While Trump's election campaigns and his following coming to power were seen as a danger to Indians as he wanted Americans to be preferred for jobs in America, this has come as a huge respite.

The USCIS has revealed that there are no such plans to deport Indians or anyone for that matter back to their countries, as they also indicated that there won't be any law regulations in the H1B regularization acts, and hence Indians need not worry.

Besides, the US citizenship services department's public relations and media information secretary Jonathan Withington has reiterated that even if there are modifications to H1B visa laws, none will be required to leave US as they can  extend the stay by an incremental period of 1 year with AC21 section 106 a and b, incremental extension of 1 year. It must be noted that in 2016, 1.26 lakh Indians secured visas followed by China which had 26557 Viss holders, with IT sector people especially showing interest to bring their spouses and settle down in US with help of H1B visas.
