According to sources the Endowments Minister Manikyala Rao, who usually stays in news for wrong reasons, has courted yet another controversy that the Tirumala Darshan should be allowed to common people only once a year with the help of Aadhar card and thus give more chance to 'new' devotees. Meanwhile this has certainly not gone well with the scores of devotees of Lord Balaji who often visit him.



Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam is India's richest temple which has millions of devotees across the globe who regularly visit the God as per their wishes, desires, Manikyala Rao's comments said to have 'hurt' the sentiments of the devotees who has a great attachment, bond to the God. Meanwhile he has further opined to 'limit' VIP break-darshan to 1 hour per day and once in a month.

Recently Manikyala Rao came to the rescue of Ghazal Srinivas who was booked in a sexual assault case and later retracted his statement and the BJP legislator turned minister continues to make statements that irk the state government.
