The budget presentation for the year 2018-19 was presented by union finance minister Arun Jaitley yesterday. The prices of many essential goods and commodities have been increased, thereby inviting the displeasure of common people. However, the BJP party cadre had tried to overshadow this price rise by highlighting surgical strike, which ultimately ended against them.
In general, whenever there's an issue against the union government, the surgical strike will suddenly become a viral and sensational topic, and the parliament will get immersed in discussions on the surgical strike conducted by India on Pakistan, highlighting and praising the decision of the government on conducting the Surgical strike.
While it's common for twitter users to trend
anything on the social media platform by using a hash tag, it was with the hash
tag #SurgicalStrike that the BJP IT wing had so far been getting attention on
surgical strike every time the centre is in trouble. In an unrelated manner,
they've started tweeting with the hash tag surgical strike, that India must
perform a surgical strike on China, just to make sure this misleading hash tag
hides the ineffective budget. However it has gone against them as people have
dismissed these tweets, saying that this union budget 2018-19 is the actual
surgical strike by government on the common man.
