In an extremely eerie incident, a boy was charged of sexual misconduct with an 11 year old girl and a 14 year old boy, in Dorset. In a youth court located in Poole, a judge had to witness the boy's mother reporting on her own son to Cops after he was caught by her raping a schoolboy. An 11-year-old girl also said her mum that the boy had raped her thrice, once at her home and twice in an alley according to Bournemouth Echo.
The court got to know that the accused boy was a friend of his two victims. The victim impact statement of the raped boy's mother said, after the incident the victim's behavior had drastic changes both at home and school. He had often screamed and was running up and down the stairs late in the night and is currently undergoing counseling for controlling his emotions. The raped girl's mother's statement read that the girl turned very violent with extreme anger vented out, which wasn't her nature before.
Stephen Nicholls, the
district judge told the boy after he guilty, that the sentence would have been
several years of imprisonment. The accused boy was sentenced to a 12 month
referral to Youth Offending Team.
