Congress Member of Parliament, Renuka Chowdary has said that she'll keep laughing at Modi because there's no GST imposed for laughing. After that budget sessions, President Ramnath Kovind began his speech, following which Prime Minister Narendra Modi gave a lengthy vote of thanks.
Amidst the proceedings, much to the shock of many, Congress senior member and Member of Parliament Renuka Chowdary made a huge noisy laugh which invited the interruption of the parliament speaker Venkaiah Naidu. He said that Renuka Chowdary was behaving in an undisciplined manner and behaving this way when the whole country is watching isn't right and also told people around to take her to hospital. However Prime Minister Narendra Modi stopped Venkaiah Naidu saying him to allow her laugh, adding that he was witnessing laughter as lengthy as the Ramayana only now, and his comment made the BJP cadre around come up with applause, while Congress members opposed it.

she'll file a case against Modi for making derogatory remarks on a woman.
