Karnataka Chief Minister Sidharamaiah has said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has slowly lost all the necessary qualifications to be a prime minister. While Karnataka is currently ruled by Congress party's Sidharamaiah, the next legislative assembly elections in the state will be held in April.

As BJP party has been working hard on winning the legislative assembly elections this time in Karnataka, even Prime Minister Narendra Modi was seen participating in campaigning and delivering fiery speeches to help BJP's prospects in the assembly elections. During his campaign speeches, Modi had made many derogatory and harsh comments and statements, on both the Congress party and Sidharamaiah. While degrading and coming down heavily on the Congress, he had also mentioned Congress party as commission party.

When the media had asked Sidharamaiah his opinion on Modi's speech, he had said that Modi has never opened his mouth to express his opinion on the numerous problems created by himself and his party all over the country but has been always seen mouthing politically motivated, and irresponsible comments that lack the basic courtesy. He further added that Prime Minister Modi had lost all the qualifications to be the prime minister of the nation, and BJP dreaming of a victory in Karnataka is futile.
