According to sources the ensuing biennial election to 3 Rajya Sabha MP Seats in Andhra Pradesh gave an opportunity to YSR Congress party President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy to get a big financier to run his party with huge money resources ahead of 2019 elections.
Meanwhile according to sources the noted mining baron and industrialist from Nellore district Vemireddy Prabhakar Reddy has reportedly been chosen as YSR Congress nominee in the election to be held in March. Reddy joined YSR Congress before 2014 elections but maintained silence till recently.
Further after assuring Reddy that the MP post will be given to him, the Industrialist turned political leader has become active in local politics. Moreover it is learnt that Reddy made promise to Jagan to finance the party during election. Furthermore he will also take the responsibility of distribution of money in at least 20 Assembly Constituencies during elections.
