It has been discovered that the Indian Prime Minister has the most number of Fake IDs following him in social media. Following an analysis and research by an organization named Tweeplomacy, on the following and trends in the accounts of popular figures, celebrities and political leaders, this has been found.
With this research, the number of real and fake followers of every popular celebrity was identified and estimated. This list even has a Tamil celebrity as a part of it. Pope Francis is in the third place in the list, and he has a total of 16.7 million followers, of which 59% happen to be fake IDs and fake followers. The second highest number of fake followers is a record held by none other than American president Donald Trump. While he has a total of 4,79,00,000 followers, the fake follower count is at 1.8 crores, which is 37%.
Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi
tops the list, with a total of 40300000 followers of which the total fake
followers count happens to be 24180000, which happens to be 60%. The Tamil
celebrity in the list is none other than Superstar Rajinikanth, who has a total
of 45,80,000 followers, of whom 11,90,800 are fake IDs. Rahul Gandhi has
4243500 fake followers out of a total of 61,50,000 followers, and Amit Shah has
67,67000 fake followers.
