Apex Court ordered CBI to file final charge sheet in Jagan’s Disproportion of Assets case within 4 months in May’2013. The deadline comes to an end by September 09th. Investigating agency is not in hurry to file it’s last charge sheet. As per public opinion Jagan’s case diluting after CBI JD Lakshmi Narayana leave out of the responsibilities. YSRCP cadre predicts that their leader will come out on bail by October’13.

DIG Venkatesh took over the responsibilities in this high-profiled case after Lakshmi Narayana moved to Maharastra. Later TN CBI JD Arunachalam assigned additional responsibilities of Hyderabad Zone. Arunachalam has no time to look into this case. Reportedly, he just visited the CBI office twice due to heavy work in TN Zone. The term of DIG Venkatesh also come to an end. There is no news of continuing him or send to Kerala with promotion. Keeping all these in view, CBI is doubtful on filing it’s last charge sheet. Last time when YS Jagan applied for bail, Apex court lashed out CBI objection on bail and frame the deadline of 4 months to submit final charge sheet. YSRCP leaders and lawyers believed that Jagan should come out from jail in October whether CBI filed final one or not.

Politically too his release is essential for the party among lot of problems in YSRCP. YSRCP was wiped out in Telangana and groups entertain almost all segments in SA. Many top layer leaders in YSRCP have felt uneasiness on developments in the party. Vijayamma can’t handle so effectively and Sharmila padayatra not gave much boost-up to the party. The only remedy for all YSRCP woes is release of Jagan.
