Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said that for every hour, there are 5259 toilets constructed in Bihar. He had made the said statement in the clean India meeting held in Bihar recently. The clean India campaign meeting was attended by more than 20000 clean India volunteers from all over the country. Though Modi had spoken of a cleanliness revolution in Bihar, Modi's talks have invited huge controversy and criticism.

Numerous toilets have been constructed in Bihar over the past 1 month, with a chunk of it being developed over the past 1 week. The people associated with the toilet construction have been recording the same using GPS, with photo proofs in government records. Appreciating this work, Modi said that in the past 1 week, 8.5 lakhs toilets had been constructed in Bihar, which is no mean feat.

However, this remark by Modi has become a subject of trolls, as his count meant , 121458 toilets per day, 5259 per hour and 85 per minute, and as per Narendra Modi's calculation, every second 1.4 toilets were constructed which is impossible even with world's advanced technology, and now people have started doubting the statistics of the Prime minister.
