Indian Prime minister Narendra Modi has arrived to Karnataka to campaign for the Karnataka State Assembly elections today. On the occasion, Karnataka Chief Minister Sidharamaiah has posted a series of tweets, trolling the Prime Minister. The preparations and the election campaigns have been going on in full swing in Karnataka. The assembly elections are scheduled to be held on May 12, and the vote counting is scheduled on May 15, for a total of 224 constituencies. With just 10 days left for election campaigning, PM Modi has arrived at Karnataka for his campaigning.

 


In such a scenario, Chief Minister Sidharamaiah has posted a series of tweets aimed at Modi. He began politely, "heard you are visiting Karnataka Tomorrow. We welcome you to our state. While you are here, we would like you to address the concerns of Kannadigas". He had also used a hashtag #AnswerMaadiModi, meaning Answer Modi.

He had then questioned whether Janardhan Reddy joining Modi's rallies, and adding that since he has given 8 tickets to him, BJP might win in 10-15 seats, while also sarcastically trolling his advises on corruption, saying that Kanndigas don't have lotus in their ears.  He had also attacked saying that it was Modi who made Yedyurappa the CM candidate, but now avoids sharing the stage with him as he is tainted, and also questioned if Yedyurappa is really the CM candidate of BJP.  Sidharamaiah also trolled BJP politicizing rape. the pending 15 lakhs deposit in citizens accounts farmers plight.
