According to sources ever since he became the first chief minister of the new state of Telangana, KCR has been avoiding coming to the Secretariat at Tank bund citing Vastu issues. Meanwhile, KCR has been trying hard to build a new Secretariat, new Assembly and an international convention centre on the Bison Polo Ground in Secunderabad.
Media reports in four years as the CM, KCR has visited TS Secretariat only 25 times. This is very small number and as per report no other CM in the country has visited Secretariat, a chief functionary of the state government, these many less times. Accordingly he is working from Pragati Bhavan, many MLAs and leaders of Opposition parties are apprehensive to meet the CM in Pragati Bhavan as they are afraid of rumors, speculations that they could be joining the TRS.
Furthermore
if any opposition leaders are going to Secretariat and waiting for CM's
appointment, officials in the secretariat are advising them to go and meet the
CM at Pragati Bhavan. Moreover their response is CM is available at his camp
office Pragati Bhavan or his farm house. Presently with this, even opposition
leaders are dropping their plans to meet the CM and take the issues to his
notice.
