The Meteorological department has revealed that Tamil Nadu will face heavy showers and thunderstorms for the next 48 hours. Summer is just toiling the people of South India for past few weeks. Whole people are suffering in the heat and now this rainfall news has been a whip of fresh air for them.
Nellai, Madurai, Coimbatore are already facing heavy showers and the dams are flooding fast. The weather forecasting department also confirmed that Pondicherry might get heavy thunderstorms. Apart from Tamil Nadu, the South Karnataka will also get heavy showers due to a new low-pressure.
However, the capital of Tamil Nadu, Chennai is facing the heat with 35 degree Celsius. Chennai Meteorological center says that Southern Tamil Nadu will get heavy thunder rain. There might be sudden drizzle or light showers in certain parts of Chennai.
